Tested without compromise.
Proven before it leaves.
At RTN Clayton Vallely, testing is not a final step. It is a critical part of how we guarantee performance, safety and reliability in every tanker we build.
Every tanker undergoes a structured and rigorous testing process designed to validate real world performance. We do not rely on assumptions or theoretical compliance. We prove that every vessel performs exactly as intended before it leaves our facility.
Our testing procedures cover structural integrity, pressure performance and operational functionality. This includes pressure and vacuum testing, system checks and full inspection of all key components. Each stage is carried out methodically, with results recorded and verified to ensure complete traceability.
Different tanker types demand different levels of scrutiny. Chemical tankers are tested to ensure safe containment and resistance under demanding conditions. Food tankers are assessed for hygienic integrity and cleanability. Vacuum and line tankers are tested for pressure stability, airflow efficiency and durability under repeated cycles. General purpose and specialist tankers are evaluated against the specific conditions they are designed to operate in.
Tested Beyond Minimum Standards
Testing at RTN Clayton Vallely goes beyond minimum standards. We replicate operational demands wherever possible, ensuring that what performs in our facility performs on the road and on site.
Approved Without Compromise
Nothing is signed off until it meets our internal benchmarks for quality, safety and performance. If a tanker does not meet those standards, it does not leave.
Documented for Complete Confidence
Every completed test is fully documented, with certification provided to give operators complete confidence in their equipment. This level of control and accountability is what defines RTN Clayton Vallely and sets our tankers apart.
Because in this industry, performance is not claimed. It is proven.
